Ranchi, October 12, 2025 — This Diwali, DRISTI Volunteers lit up hearts and hopes at Maher Ashram, Ranchi, through ‘दीपांजली – अपनों संग दीपोत्सव’, a celebration of lights, laughter, and compassion. Rooted in the spirit of DAKSHA and DAMINI, the event reflected the values of learning, strength, and empathy that define DRISTI’s mission. Under the guidance and vision of Co-Founder Shubhanshu Shekhar Shukla and the leadership of Chapter Lead Aditya Sunar, the festival came alive through the efforts of dedicated volunteers — Tanu Kumari, Piyush Srivastava, Yashika Aggarwal, Anurag Mishra, Shreya Jaiswal, and many others who worked with enthusiasm and love.
The celebration began with a creative activity where the children of Maher Ashram made colorful Diwali greeting cards and exchanged them through a cheerful “Diwali Friend” game — symbolizing friendship, joy, and the true spirit of togetherness.
The celebration at Maher Ashram held special significance as it coincided with Maher Foundation Day. The event featured fun games, rangoli making, diya lighting, and more — spreading happiness, creativity, and inclusion within the community.
More than a festive gathering, it was a celebration of humanity — where compassion met creativity and every smile shone like a diya. As the lamps glowed and hearts connected, दीपांजली truly lived its message — Light a lamp, brighten a heart.
