Recent hate speeches by a BJP MP and an MLA in Delhi to a mob attack in a mosque in Gurugram by RSS Pariwar goons indicate that a hate wave has gripped the country. With no punitive action or punishment for spewing hate and flouting the rule of law and political silence at the very top of the union government the hate brigade has been further emboldened. What will it take to turn the rising hate tide in the country?

National Judicial Data Grid (NJDG), an initiative of the Department of Justice in the Union Law Ministry with the approval of the Supreme Court of India, is a database of orders, judgments, and case details of 18,735 District and Subordinate Courts and High Courts created as online platforms under eCourts Project. Official sources reveal that a decision has been taken to include the Supreme Court of India (SCI) in the NJDG to complete the process. The process of completing the formalities by the National Informatics Centre (NIC) is over, for launching on the eCourts App.
In India’s system of democratic constitutional governance, all the three organs of the state, the executive (government), legislature and the judiciary are accountable and answerable to ”WE THE PEOPLE OF INDIA”. To ensure accountability, the Constitution has envisaged checks. The executive is answerable to the legislature and legislature to the people.The higher judiciary, Supreme Court and High Courts, has been made accountable through impeachment under Article 124 (4) and lower judiciary through supervisory control of the High Courts under Article 235.
अचानक ईरान जल उठा है. पुलिसिया दमन के बावजूद औरतों का आन्दोलन विभिन्न शहरों में फैलता जा रहा है. कल तक हममें से बहुतों को यह पता नहीं था कि ईरान की महिलाओं में घर से बाहर हिजाब न पहनने को दंडनीय अपराध बनाने के खिलाफ कितने समय से, कितना गुस्सा पल रहा था. कहा जाता है कि पूरी तरह घिर जाने पर बिल्ली भी अपने मजबूत दुश्मन से भिड़ जाती है. यही ईरान में हुआ है. जब वहां की ‘मोरल पुलिस’ ने बिना हिजाब के बाहर निकली एक युवती को गिरफ्तार किया; और पुलिस हाजत में उसकी मौत हो गयी, आखिरकार महिलाओं के सब्र का पैमाना भर गया. और आज उनका गुस्सा वहां के विभिन्न शहरों में अलग अलग रूप में फूट रहा है.
Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Recruitment Board, set up to fill up direct recruitment vacancies for Akashvani (All India Radio) and Doordarshan (DD), with effect from July 1, 2020 under a notification by the controlling Ministry of Information and Broadcasting on February 12, 2020, is yet to take off. An inquiry reveals that the Board is currently seized of recruitment process for physically impaired persons. It is silent about filling up massive vacancies.

क्या राजपथ नाम ग़ुलामी के वक्त का नाम था? अगर अंग्रेज़ी राज से मुराद है तो उस वक्त इसका नाम किंग्सवे था. अंग्रेजों के भारत से विदा होने के बाद स्वाधीन भारत की सरकार ने इसका नाम राजपथ किया. राजपथ जिसके बिल्कुल समानांतर जनपथ है.
ताजा घटनाक्रम के बाद बिहार और केंद्र की राजनीति, भावी नये समीकरणों को लेकर तरह तरह के कयास लगाये जाने लगे हैं. जदयू के वजूद पर भी सवाल उठने लगा. यह आशंका व्यक्त की जा रही है कि उसके कुछ लोग भाजपा में, कुछ राजद में चले जायेंगे. यानी जेडीयू में अब बचा ही क्या है? मगर सवाल तो यह भी मौजूं है कि जेडीयू था ही क्या? नीतीश कुमार को केंद्र में रख कर लालू विरोधी या कहें, सामाजिक न्याय विरोधी और संकीर्ण हिंदुत्ववादी ताकतों का जमावड़ा.
Union government has ordered all its employees to hoist the national flag stop their houses to mark Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, the 75th year of India’s Independence celebrations from August 9-13 to show their love for the country preceding the Independence Day on August 15, 2022 with the customary unfurling of the national flag Tiranga by the Prime Minister from the ramparts of the red fort followed by his landmark address to the nation. Union government has also exhorted the people at large to do the same to exhibit and reiterate their love for the country.
